DESERT WEDDING
PRIVATE RANCH, MARFA, TX
This intimate backyard wedding in Marfa, Texas, was simply amazing, from its landscape to witnessing the gorgeous bride and groom say “I do.”
The vast desert landscape here is incredible. The mountains in the distance, which kissed the sky at the horizon, and the nearby valley created a stunning, picturesque backdrop for the small ceremony. Meanwhile, the nearby clouds were free of rain, and the wind danced with abandon.
The private ranch, where the wedding took place, had its entrance adorned with blankets and candles to provide guests warmth during this cold desert evening. The guests were also treated with a sangria bar and chocolate.
For the decor, the main table was adorned with roses and wild desert flowers. The place settings included name tags hand-painted in a beautiful blush color. The wedding invitation itself had beautiful calligraphy and was wrapped in delicate ribbons.
The beauty of these surroundings can only be matched by the sheer elegance of a bride; it is she who becomes the true desert rose! Our lovely bride here, wearing a Vera Wang gown, strolled across the field with the groom by her side in his matching tuxedo. They danced the evening away to the tune of the desert wind. Later, they enjoyed a candle-lit dinner as husband and wife, taking in the views of the endless landscape.
