Katie and Carl decided to have their modern wedding at The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado. While Katie is from Colorado, Carl and his parents are from Sweden. Due to the pandemic, it was uncertain if Carl's parents could attend their son's wedding. But luckily, they were able to come and celebrate with him and their new daughter-in-law, Katie.
Katie wore a stunning Galia Lahav wedding gown from Little White Dress for her modern Aspen wedding. Its lace and sheer details highlighted Katie's beauty in a very sophisticated and modern way and only brightened up her smile more! Her beloved bridesmaids wore blush satin bridesmaids’ dresses with a clean-cut that reflected Katie's modern wedding theme.
Carl wore a custom blue suit with lots of colorful accessories to stand out next to his groomsmen, who wore dark navy blue suits.
Katie and Carl's First Look wedding photos took place on the Aspen mountain top at the Little Nell. Surrounded by flowers and breathtaking mountain views, both saw each other for the first time up in “heaven,” and tears were rolling; it couldn't have been a more special occassion!
